Neurodiversity is more than a conceptāitās a movement that challenges how society views neurological differences. For me, embracing neurodiversity has been about learning self-acceptance, recognizing strengths, and finding community.
Growing up, I often felt different but didnāt have the language to describe why. Later in life, I realized that being neurodivergent wasnāt something to hideāit was something to honor. That shift changed how I see myself and how I connect with others.
Advocacy isnāt about erasing challengesāitās about celebrating strengths and creating a world where difference is respected. My journey is just one piece of a much bigger story, and Iām grateful to be part of a community that values compassion, resilience, and kindness.
